1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Foodify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
2. Services
Foodify provides software-as-a-service for dining operations, including mobile ordering, digital payments, subsidy management, vendor management, and analytics. Managed services offerings are governed by separate service agreements.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, interfere with other users, or use the services for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, and technology provided by Foodify remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
